TRIATHLON:
THE RUN

THE RUN LEG:
WALK OR JOG

You don’t need to run the run leg – you can walk or jog, and wait for your friends and chat along the way if you want.

 

Just like the bike course, each event will differ.  You may have just one lap or a couple, so know your course before you start.  Some events will have a water station along the run leg – it depends on the length of the event and the season.  You can carry a drink with you, but you can’t throw it away during your run (unless you put it in a bin on course).

 

The main rule to remember on the run course is that you need to keep your shoes on!

As you cross the finish line, remember to look for the cameras and smile! You did it!
