Trying something new can sometimes be daunting – sometimes you just need to be able to ask a question or have someone step you through the process you need to take. Our supportive community is here to help – with tried and true training advice, friendly and inclusive sessions you can join, and helpful tips on fitting it all in.
Coming soon we’ll be adding a list of local training activities you can try on a casual basis. Whether it’s bike maintenance, nutrition tips or stretch sessions, our local clubs list their beginner friendly sessions here. You can also suggest a session here.
